What Is Islamic Dua ?
Islamic dua, often simply referred to as “dua,” is a form of supplication or prayer in Islam. It’s a heartfelt communication with Allah (God) in which a believer expresses their needs, desires, hopes, and gratitude. Duas can be recited in any language, but they are often performed in Arabic, as it is considered the language of the Quran and the preferred language for Islamic worship. Duas can be performed at any time, in any place, and for any purpose, whether it’s seeking guidance, asking for forgiveness, expressing gratitude, or seeking protection. They are an integral part of a Muslim’s spiritual practice and are believed to strengthen their connection with Allah.
